Consent for personal data processing

By signing/sending this form "I AGREE" I, as the Data Subject here by consenting to the processing of my below given personal data I hereby voluntarily provide consent in accordance with this Consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent), by leaving your data on the website https://percentco.ae (including subdomains of all levels) (hereinafter -Site), as well as taking other actions to express Consent to the processing of Personal Data as specified in the Personal Data Processing and Cookie Policy, and the Personal Data Processing and Cookie Policy posted by the Operator on the Site at the link: https://percentco.ae/privacy (hereinafter referred to as Policy), I (hereinafter referred to as Personal Data Subject), give specific, subject, informed, conscious and unambiguous consent to the processing of my personal data to Limited Liability Company PERCENT &CO REAL ESTATE L.L.C, License Nr. 1456064, address: Al Barsha 2, Art of Living mall, 1st floor, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, e-mail: info@percentco.ae (hereinafter -Operator), for the following purposes:

  1. to ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
  2. contacting the Personal Data Subject upon his/her feedback request on the Website, or providing a response in messenger (What's App, Telegram and/or other messenger used by the Personal Data Operator) in response to the message sent by the Personal Data Subject in such messenger, in order to provide information of interest to the Personal Data Subject, including, but not limited to, about the Operator's services and conditions of their provision;
  3. sending marketing materials and information, by email and/or SMS (prior to unsubscribing);
  4. formalizing and regulating the contractual relationship between the Personal Data Subject and the Operator;
  5. performing actions permitted by the legislation of the Russian Federation and necessary for interaction between the Operator and the Personal Data Subject within the framework of realization of the existing legal relations between them;
  6. reflection of information in the Operator's internal databases;
  7. transfer of personal data to third parties under contracts concluded with such parties by the Operator, in accordance with the procedure and on the terms and conditions stipulated by the Policy.

List of personal data for processing of which consent is given:

  1. Name;
  2. Subscriber's telephone number;
  3. Other categories of personal data if processed.

List of actions with personal data, for which consent is given:

  1. processing of the above personal data will be carried out by mixed (automated, non-automated) processing of personal data;
  2. collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Method of processing the above personal data

The processing of the above personal data will be carried out by mixed processing of personal data.

Categories and list of personal data, for the processing of which the Personal Data Subject sets conditions and prohibitions, as well as the list of conditions and prohibitions to be set, I do not set.

I do not establish conditions under which the received personal data may be transmitted by the Operator only via its internal network providing access to information only for strictly defined employees, or using information and telecommunication networks, or without transmission of the received personal data.

This consent to the processing of personal data shall be valid from the moment of its provision to the Personal Data Operator and during the period set out in the Policy, and may be withdrawn at any time by submitting a simple written application to the Operator.

Personal data is destroyed upon the occurrence of the following events:

  1. Termination of the Operator's business,
  2. liquidation of the Operator,
  3. reorganization of the Operator,
  4. expiration of the retention period provided for in the Policy

I have carefully studied this Consent, all points are clear and understandable to me. I confirm that the consent is specific, informed, substantive, conscious and unambiguous.

I am familiar with the Policy adopted by the Operator.

I confirm that I am fully familiarized with the content of the Consent, have no objections and consent to all actions with my personal data specified in this Consent, acting knowingly, of my own free will and in my own interests.
